• Two storey  extensions – from £200.00 plus VAT
• Basement conversions – from £250.00 plus VAT

Additional costs

1. Mapping – £50 plus VAT
2. Application submission including completion of forms – £80 plus VAT
3. Building control drawings and specifications from £300 plus VAT
4. Structural Engineering design quoted upon survey

• Extensions – from £150.00 plus VAT
• Basement conversions – from £200.00 plus VAT

The above costs exclude conditional survey, preparation and serving of Party Wall Awards
